Freddy’s Old Time Jam

Freddy's America Jam

Once a month we host a jam filled with musicians, hipsters, alcoholics and ethno-musicologists who attempt to play music together using acoustic instruments and generally staying somewhere near the key of G (or A, or something). We gather at Freddy’s on the first Thursday of every month to beat back the ever encroaching arms of musical armageddon by playing old American favorites into the night.

Banjos, fiddles, guitars and washboards – fiddle tunes, hollers, train songs and jigs in the key of moonshine – friends, beer and Freddy’s Backroom. Need I say more?

Come and play a tune, or have a nice drinke and bask in the glory of crooked and funky old Americana.
